“Due to various medicinal and health reasons, I was looking for a place that would provide a proper workout regime, good nutritional guidance and assistance and of course, was affordable. June also provided sound advice on nutrition and how to properly balance that with a regular workout routine when not at the gym. In no time at all I noticed that I was becoming leaner and feeling more energized than I had in months.  A change in diet provided proper nutrition but still allowed me to eat the things I enjoyed.
